Wenn im Portfolio-Management Klarheit darüber besteht, in welchem strategischen Rahmen das Portfolio bewirtschaftet werden soll, und die notwendigen Verträge geschlossen sind, bleibt noch eine Frage zu beantworten: In welchem Ausmaß sollen Standardprodukte beschafft werden? Diese Frage scheint im ersten Moment banal. Allerdings ergeben sich hier einige durchaus beachtenswerte Aspekte.
