Abstract

This chapter first introduces cooking workflows which will serve as a running example throughout this thesis and which will also be used to evaluate the presented workflow modeling assistance. Based on a business workflow representing the process of a business trip, a comparison will demonstrate that there is a high structural analogy between business workflows and workflows representing cooking recipes, such that cooking workflows can mostly be considered as a representative example.
