Abstract

Taking into consideration the need stated by the Systems Engineering (SE) based literature (e.g. NASA) for improved advanced decision making and knowledge dynamics tools within interdisciplinary working environments, the goal of the herein “decision and knowledge dynamics model for SE interdisciplinary environments” consists in developing a psychological/Knowledge Management psychometric instrument for diagnosing decision making and knowledge creation, as well in applying it to an interdisciplinary SE based working environment.
