Den Ausgangspunkt der vorliegenden Arbeit bildet die Analyse der Filiallogistik im stationären LEH. Daher wird in diesem Kapitel die Filiallogistik im LEH näher beschrieben. Im Abschnitt 2.1 wird der deutsche LEH vorgestellt.
