Zusammenfassung
Die Ausführungen im vorangegangenen Kapitel offenbaren letztendlich ein „Leck“ in den Nationalökonomien, welches sich in dem Zuwachs des Profits der dominanten sozialen Kräfte deutlich Ausdruck verleiht. Dieses Kapitel stellt diesen Zusammenhang in einen Gesamtkontext, geht seiner Regulation nach und zeigt insbesondere die Mechanismen der Stabilisierung des zunehmend asymmetrischen Machtverhältnisses zwischen Staaten und Unternehmen, das sich auch ökonomisch niederschlägt, auf.
