Zussamenfassung

Nach § 35 Abs. 1 GmbHG wird die Gesellschaft durch die Geschäftsführer gerichtlich und außergerichtlich vertreten. Dies umfasst die gesamte kaufmännische und technische Leitung und schließt die Pflicht ein, alles zu tun, was für die Gesellschaft förderlich ist. Dies wiederum umfasst ein weites Feld von Tätigkeiten sowie Verantwortlichkeiten und ist stets in Abhängigkeit vom Tätigkeitsbereich der Gesellschaft zu sehen.
