Zussamenfassung

Für die GmbH ist mindestens ein Geschäftsführer zu bestellen. In der Satzung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die GmbH mehrere Geschäftsführer haben muss, es kann aber auch deren Zahl nach oben begrenzt sein (Höchstzahl). In mitbestimmten GmbHs gelten Sonderregelungen.
