Zusammenfassung
In Anbetracht der Relevanz der Struktur sozialer Netzwerke für unterschiedlichste soziale Prozesse, gewinnt die Frage nach ihrer Entwicklung an Bedeutung. Im Beitrag werde ich am Beispiel von informellen Konsultationsnetzwerken aufzeigen, dass die etablierten Erklärungsansätze das Entstehen von Beziehungen vor allem auf die Entscheidungen von Individuen zurückführen. Im Fokus der Untersuchungen steht daher ihr personenbezogenes Wissen und die Logik der Entscheidung. Die praktische Konstitution der Interaktionen wird dagegen nicht systematisch betrachtet. Im Beitrag werde ich aufzeigen, dass eine feldtheoretische Perspektive ermöglicht, den praktischen Akt und seine strukturellen Bedingungen analytisch zu erschließen. Insbesondere werde ich dabei auf die Bedeutung von feldspezifischem Wissen und darin begründeten Institutionen, die (lokale) Kulturen begründen, eingehen. Ich werde unterschiedliche Ansatzpunkte für daran anschließende Forschungsunternehmungen identifizieren. Abschließend werde ich das Potenzial ausgewählter Ansatzpunkte am empirischen Material veranschaulichen.
