Seelsorge ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der islamischen Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Auch unter diesem Gesichtspunkt ist die Etablierung der islamischen Seelsorge von großer Bedeutung. Die Wahrnehmung des Islams in der Öffentlichkeit kann sich dadurch erheblich (zum Positiven) ändern.
