Zusammenfassung
When a pharmaceutical company launches a new drug, it is critical to predict adoption as early and precisely as possible for demand planning as well as promotional resource allocation. In this article we present the Dynamic Patient-Share Method (DPSM), which allows predicting the up-take in a very accurate and simple way. Time consuming patient flow analysis and analogue research becomes needless.
