Zusammenfassung
Digitalization is the new ‘mega-trend’ of technological development. After mechanisation, electrification and computerisation, digitalization is seen as the force that ushers in the age of ‘industry 4.0’. However, across industries, digitalization has been having effects of quite different gravity.
