Die Overall Equipment Effectiveness ist eine Kennzahl zur Messung der Anlagenproduktivität. Sie umfasst nicht nur technische Störungen, sondern alle Verluste, die die Leistung der Anlage beeinträchtigen. Da die OEE die Gesamtheit der Verluste umfasst, spricht man von der „wahren“ Anlagenproduktivität.
