Zusammenfassung
Die digitalen Kanäle werden für das Kaufverhalten immer wichtiger. Das bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass der stationäre Handel ausgedient hat. Der Kunde möchte im richtigen Moment die richtigen Informationen bzw. Leistungen über den richtigen Kanal erhalten. Dies zwingt Anbieter zum Umdenken und zur Neuorientierung auf eine komplexe Customer Journey. Der E-Commerce-Anbieter eröffnet Ladengeschäfte und der stationäre Handel integriert digitale Elemente. Die Frage nach der Akzeptanz durch den Kunden muss aber noch geklärt werden, sodass die Thematik im Bereich der Forschung viele Ansätze bietet. Exemplarisch können Customer Journey und Technologieakzeptanz kombiniert werden, um neue sinnvolle Erkenntnisse zu erreichen.
