Zusammenfassung
Die vorliegende Konzeption der Konferenz für Praxisanleiter bietet grundlegend eine Möglichkeit die Kooperation der berufsbildenden Lernorte qualitativ voranzutreiben. Sie leistet einen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung der Lernortkooperation im Pflegeausbildungssystem. Die pflegedidaktische Fundierung sowie die empirischen Bezugspunkte stellen konzeptionelle Elemente dar, die die Zusammenarbeit positiv beeinflussen.
