Zusammenfassung

Sport, im richtigen Maß ausgeübt, ist gesund und zwar sowohl für Gesunde als auch für Kranke. Das ist mittlerweile zweifelsfrei belegt (vgl. Pagenstert 2017). Die Zeiten, wo herz-, lungen- oder krebskranken Menschen geraten wurde, sich so weit wie möglich zu schonen, sollten vorbei sein, wenn dies auch noch nicht jedem einzelnen Arzt zur Selbstverständlichkeit geworden ist.
