Zusammenfassung

Im bisherigen Verlauf des Buches haben wir uns überwiegend mit kulturellen Phänomenen beschäftigt, die unmittelbar, von ihrem gedanklichen Inhalt her, auf Politik zielten und somit der (trans)nationalen politischen Kultur zuzurechnen sind. Dies gilt für Religionen so nicht. Sie können zwar auch politische Ideen beinhalten, als politische Theologien etwa132, sie müssen dies jedoch nicht und tun es auch in unterschiedlichem Ausmaß.
