In diesem fünften Kapitel wird die These von der Pädagogisierung von Steuerung im Kontext der aktuellen Schulsystemsteuerung empirisch-rekonstruktiv hergeleitet. Die Darstellung folgt dabei dem Verlauf des praktischen Forschungsprozesses. Dementsprechend steht am Anfang dieses Kapitels eine strukturelle Beschreibung der Makrostruktur der untersuchten Schulinspektionsinterviews (5.1).
