Zusammenfassung
Wastegate-Systeme in Abgasturboladern stellen die turbinenseitige Regelbarkeit des Ladedruckes sicher und sind aufgrund ihrer Positionierung im Abgassystem äußerst anspruchsvollen thermischen und mechanischen Belastungen ausgesetzt. Darunter fällt auch die transiente Belastung der Wastegate-Klappe, hervorgerufen durch den pulsierenden Abgasmassenstrom. Die Steuerung des Öffnungswinkels erfolgt über pneumatische und elektrische Aktuatoren.
