Abstract
In this final chapter, the findings provided in the previous chapter are discussed and synthesised for the summary of this thesis. Following the synthesis of the results, in Chapter 7.1, possible implications of the results for further research in mathematics education and for teaching mathematics are provided, followed by the concluding remarks in the last section of this chapter.
