Abstract

For the biodistribution, the concentration of mitoxantrone was analysed in the blood (plasma) and in the tumour. 4 of the 36 animals died. Subsequent autopsy revealed no indication of the cause of death. The other animals exhibited a normal reflex status. The animals were weighed, there were no differences in weight.
