Zusammenfassung
Die Ziele für nachhaltige Entwicklung (Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)) als politische Zielsetzungen der Vereinten Nationen (UN) sehen in Ziel 4 „Bildung für alle – inklusive, gerechte und hochwertige Bildung gewährleisten und Möglichkeiten des lebenslangen Lernens für alle fördern“ sowie in Ziel 8 „Nachhaltiges Wirtschaftswachstum und menschenwürdige Arbeit für alle – dauerhaftes, breitenwirksames und nachhaltiges Wirtschaftswachstum, produktive Vollbeschäftigung und menschenwürdige Arbeit für alle fördern“ vor. Auch aktuelle weltweite Forschungsergebnisse belegen eindeutig, dass sich fehlende Motivation und nicht ausreichendes Engagement von Mitarbeitern am Arbeitslatz signifikant negativ auf deren nachhaltige Leistung und somit auch auf das gesamte Betriebsergebnis auswirken. Die Vielzahl der Motivationsmöglichkeiten, die Vielfalt der Arbeitsaufgaben, die sich stets verändernden Rahmenbedingungen verbunden mit steigendem Arbeitsdruck und die Existenz von kulturellen Unterschieden unter den Arbeitnehmern stellen deshalb eine große Herausforderung für Betriebliche Umweltinformationssysteme dar. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchungen besteht darin, die Vorschläge für Betriebliche Umweltinformationssysteme, die der nachhaltigen Entwicklung in Bezug auf höhere Produktivität und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit dienen sollen, auszuarbeiten und vorzustellen.
