Abstract
The structural equation analysis, which is used for this study, is one of the multivariate analysis methods examining structure (Backhaus & Weiber, 2007). When there is a complex relation structure between manifest or latent variables, and the aim is to examine the effect correlations quantitatively, a structural equation analysis is recommended (Weiber & Mühlhaus, 2010). According to the fact that Model 1 includes a context variable (“environmental dynamism”), and both models in this study have a high complexity, the structural equation modeling seems to be ideal for quantitatively examining the cause-effect relationships
