Dies erfolgt anhand der in den theoretischen Kapiteln hergeleiteten Forschungsfragen, die nachfolgend einzeln beantwortet werden (vgl. Kap. 6.4). Ebenfalls wird die zentrale Forschungsfrage nach der Bedeutung behördlicher Risiko- und Krisenkommunikation diskutiert.
