Abstract

The SLR at hand puts forward that concepts of STP capabilities have not been clearly defined yet. The same observation was already made more than one decade ago by Hafeez et al. (2002). But what happens if an organisation does not possess distinctive capabilities? Briefly speaking, it is no more able to differentiate itself positively along any magnitude that is vital to its customers than the average of its competitors.
