Abstract

Being invited to review a manuscript is a privilege because the reviewer gets to see research results ahead of others, and because the reviewer is recognized as an expert in a field. However, accepting to review a manuscript for a journal is also a commitment that incurs a number of responsibilities towards authors and editor.
