Zusammenfassung

Die Supervisorinnen sind für den Supervisionsprozess verantwortlich und sind damit somit zum Großteil Prozessberaterinnen. Sie bringen Metabeobachtungen und eigene Phänomenwahrnehmungen ein. Ziel Integrativer Supervision und Organisationsentwicklung ist es, als Beraterin den Rahmen für fließendes, koreflexives Zusammenspiel kreativen Tuns zu schaffen. In diesem Kapitel werden die wesentlichen integrativen diagnostischen Grundhaltungen vorgestellt, die Basis für die integrative Prozessbegleitung sind.
