Abstract
This chapter presents policy-/decision-making processes at two Dutch universities. These case studies are structured as follows: the first part contains a general introduction to the university, providing information on its size, internal governance arrangements, and financial situation at the time of the interviews. The second part provides an outline of the three policy-/decision-making cases that are introduced in Chapters 2 and 1.
