Der Beitrag beschreibt, mit welcher Absicht ein traditionelles Wohlfahrtunternehmen eine solche Kooperation gesucht hat und welche Lerneffekte und Anstöße zu Innovationen es erfahren konnte. Bei den Unternehmen ist für das Gelingen des Brückenbaus wichtig, begeisterungsfähig sein für Neues, Fremdes, Irritierendes, Andersartiges.
