Zusammenfassung
In Anbetracht des Vorhabens Entschuldigungshandeln empirisch hinsichtlich seiner Funktionen zu untersuchen, wird eine funktionalpragmatische Herangehensweise gewählt. Aus dieser Perspektive ist eine Entschuldigung zunächst einmal eine kommunikative Handlung. Das bedeutet, dass eine wahrnehmbare sprachliche Äußerung von einem Sprecher an einen Adressaten, also Hörer, gerichtet wird.
