Abstract

A questionnaire-based study conducted in October and November 2015, aimed to find out whether art managers are, in reality, affected by globalisation and internationalisation in their daily work, or whether this discussion of globalisation’s effects on the sector and those working within it is a purely academic one. 352 arts managers from over 46 countries were surveyed by means of an online questionnaire with versions in both English and German.
