Abstract
“Good design science research often begins by identifying and representing opportunities and problems in an actual application environment.” [96, p.17]. Thus, the analysis of the local practices and its root cause analysis provide deeper insights on (P G ) and delivers indications for the artifact type and requirements on the artifact itself. We used results from the problem investigation phase as well as artifact type specific construction principles from scientific literature as resources.
