Zusammenfassung
Emotionen sind unsere ständigen Begleiter: Ob wir es wollen oder nicht, ob wir uns dessen bewusst sind oder nicht. Sie steuern unsere Entscheidungen und unser Verhalten und beeinflussen damit Erfolg und Wohlbefinden. Wir können unsere Emotionen nicht vor der Bürotür stehen lassen, auch wenn jemand sagt: „Mir geht es hier nur um die Sache…“ Wenn es jemandem am Arbeitsplatz nur um die Sache geht, übersieht er die emotionale Ebene.
