Zusammenfassung

„Für die emotionalen Dinge war bisher in meinem Leben immer meine Frau zuständig.“ Das war die Antwort von Werner 1 in einem Coaching auf die Frage, was er mit dem Begriff Emotionale Intelligenz (EI) verbindet. „Ich bin der Meinung, dass wir noch mehr sachlich und fachlich die Lösungen diskutieren müssen“ meinte Heinz2, als er uns sagte, was er sich von dem begleiteten Coaching Prozess für die nächsten sechs Monate erwartet. Er setzte fort: „Würden nur meine Kollegen und Mitarbeiter auch so lösungsorientiert denken, dann müsste ich mich nicht immer ärgern und mich so oft in Besprechungen einmischen.“
