Zusammenfassung
Didaktisches Handeln in der Erwachsenenbildung kann als schlecht strukturiertes Problem benannt werden. Weder sind alle notwendigen Informationen verfügbar, um teilnehmerorientiert zu planen, noch sind situativ eindeutig wahre oder falsche Lösungswege identifizierbar. In einem Gespräch mit planenden und organisierenden Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern einer Erwachsenenbildungseinrichtung ist die Frage aufgekommen, wer denn nun schlussendlich für gelungene – in einem ersten Sinne lernergebnisreiche – organisierte Lehr-Lernprozesse verantwortlich ist.
