Zusammenfassung
In der Regel bedienen Nonprofit-Organisationen die Interessen sehr unterschiedlicher Stakeholder, wofür sich im Fachdiskurs der Begriff „hybride Organisationen“ verbreitet hat. Darunter ist das gleichzeitige Bestehen unterschiedlicher Logiken zu verstehen. Mit den Worten von Pache und Santos (2013) auf den Punkt gebracht: „hybrids are by nature arenas of contradictions“.
