Zusammenfassung
Da mir immer wieder die Frage gestellt wird, was „gute“ Unternehmenskultur ausmacht, behandelt das neue Kap. 9 neun inhaltliche Dimensionen und drei Gütemaße einer Unternehmenskultur, die auf der Basis empirischer Forschungsergebnisse vorhanden sein sollten, um die Überlebensfähigkeit eines Unternehmens zu unterstützen, das in einem volatilen und dynamischen Umfeld agiert.
