Zusammenfassung
(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am 1. Januar 2016 in Kraft.
(2) Gleichzeitig treten, vorbehaltlich der Regelung in § 26 Abs. 5, außer Kraft:
1. das Landesinformationsfreiheitsgesetz vom 26. November 2008 (GVBl. S. 296), geändert durch Artikel 1 des Gesetzes vom 20. Dezember 2011 (GVBl. S. 427), BS 2010-10,
2. das Landesumweltinformationsgesetz vom 19. Oktober 2005 (GVBl. S. 484, BS 2129-7).
