Zusammenfassung
Die folgende Studie knüpft direkt an die in Kapitel 3 präsentierte Forschungsagenda an. Durch die Analyse der Wertschöpfungsprozesse von Nonprofit-Mikrofinanzorganisationen hat sie zum Ziel, die Funktionsweise dieser Organisationen aus einer Management-Perspektive zu beschreiben. Damit öffnet diese Untersuchung nicht nur die im vorherigen Abschnitt beschriebene Blackbox.
