Zusammenfassung
Kapitel 2 hat gezeigt, dass Transparenz sich im Zuge historischer Prozesse in eine weitestgehend unhinterfragte, positiv konnotierte und normativ eingeforderte institutionalisierte Erwartung entwickelt hat. Heutzutage stehen mehr und mehr Organisationen in verschiedenen gesellschaftlichen Feldern vor der Herausforderung, kommunikativ auf sie Bezug zu nehmen, d. h. sich offiziell zu ihr zu bekennen und die vorgegeben Maßnahmen umzusetzen.
