Zusammenfassung

Die Migration kann erfolgreich verlaufen, sie kann aber auch durch Belastungs- und Risikofaktoren sowie multiple andere Einflussfaktoren, je nach Phase des Migrationsprozesses, zu einer Beeinträchtigung bis hin zu einer Störung der psychischen Gesundheit führen. Zudem ist evident, dass die hier im Fokus stehenden Zielgruppen, Personen mit Migrations- und Fluchthintergrund im Vergleich zur einheimischen Bevölkerung höhere Risiken haben, eine psychische Störung auszubilden. In diesem Zusammenhang können erfolgreiche Verläufe von Phasen im Migrationsprozess von gesundheitlichen Einbrüchen unterbrochen, aufgehalten oder ganz abgebrochen werden. In diesem Beitrag soll daher der Fokus auf die psychische Gesundheit von Personen mit Migrations- und Fluchthintergrund, Zugangsbarrieren, Inanspruchnahme, interkulturelle Kompetenz und die interkulturelle Öffnung gelegt werden.
