Zusammenfassung
Ein Haus stellt den wichtigsten Vermögensgegenstand eines Haushaltes dar. Außerdem stellen Vermögenstitel, deren Wert an Immobilien gekoppelt ist, einen großen Anteil an Portfolios von institutionellen Investoren dar. Schwankungen der Immobilienpreise haben somit direkte Einflüsse auf die Konsumund Investitionsausgaben der Haushalte. Darüber hinaus haben sie über die Profitabilität von Investitionen Rückwirkungen auf das Finanzsystem als Ganzes [1].
