Zusammenfassung
Immobilien sind unbewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter, bei denen es sich vor allem um Grundstücke und Gebäude handelt [1]. Immobilien befinden sich somit an einem Ort bzw. an einer Raumstelle, die vom Menschen für eine bestimmte Nutzung wie Wohnen, Industrie, Einzelhandel, Bildung, Freizeit oder Landwirtschaft ausgewählt wurde [2]. Raumstellen werden auch als Standorte bezeichnet, die im abstrakten Sinne keine flächenhafte Ausdehnung haben.
