Zusammenfassung
Immobilienwirtschaftslehre hat keine eigene Theorie. Diese entleiht sie sich Fachgebieten wie der Finanzierung, der Ökonomie oder dem Management. Nichtsdestotrotz oder gerade deswegen ist der Umgang mit und das Verstehen von Immobilien von entscheidender Bedeutung für eine Volkswirtschaft.
