Zusammenfassung
Parteiprogramme sind konstitutives Merkmal der repräsentativen Demokratie in Deutschland. Die Frage, wie sich die Programme der CDU, der momentan wählerstärksten Partei, gestalten und in welchem Maße sie deren politisches Handeln beeinflussen, gewinnt damit hohe Priorität für die Erforschung der Funktionsweise des politischen Systems der Bundesrepublik.
