Zusammenfassung
Das Technology Acceptance Model (auch Technologieakzeptanzmodell; kurz: TAM genannt) geht aus den Forschungstätigkeiten von Davis (1986) hervor und stellt im Kern eine methodisch-konzeptionelle Modifizierung der TRA58 von Fishbein und Azjen (1975) dar. Das Modell wurde zur Erklärung und Messung des Akzeptanzphänomens für computerbezogene Systemanwendungen im organisationalen Kontext (am Arbeitsplatz) entwickelt (hierzu ebenso Davis 1989; 1993 und Davis et al. 1989).
