Zusammenfassung

Konzepte wie Staat und Ökonomie werden des Öfteren naturalisiert und essentialisiert: Häufig wird der Staat als geschlossener Akteur konzipiert, der mit anderen Staaten im politischen und ökonomischen Wettstreit stehe (Neo-Realismus bzw. Neo-Merkantilismus) oder ein Hemmnis gegenüber der freien Entfaltung der Marktkräfte sei (Neo-Liberalismus).
