Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden Narzissmus, Machiavellismus und subklinische Psychopathie als konstituierende Dimensionen der dunklen Triade zunächst separat vorgestellt. Im Zentrum stehen Ursprung und erstmalige Nennung in der (klinischen) Psychologie und Managementlehre sowie die mit diesen Eigenschaften assoziierten Verhaltenscharakteristika. Zum anderen gehen wir auf entwicklungspsychologische Überlegungen und biopsychologische Befunde zur Entstehung dieser Persönlichkeitszüge ein.
