Zusammenfassung
Die Gründung eines Unternehmens konfrontiert den Gründer mit zahlreichen Herausforderungen wie u.a. Unsicherheit hinsichtlich der Arbeitsprozesse sowie einem Mangel an Ressourcen in Form von Finanz-, Sozial- und Humankapital. Diesen Herausforderungen kann jedoch mittels des Einsatzes von Crowdworking- Mechanismen im Rahmen des Modells der Komponenten-Gründung entgegengewirkt werden. Dieser Beitrag analysiert die Ergebnisse qualitativer Interviews bezogen auf die Einsatzmöglichkeit von Crowdworking zur Generierung von Ressourcen im Sinne von Arbeitskraft, -kompetenz und -kapazität und bereichert damit das Modell der Komponenten-Gründung um eine virtuelle Ebene. Es stellt sich heraus, dass Gründer dieses Tool in der Vorgründungsphase des Gründungsprozesses bereits einsetzen, Aufgaben an die Crowd auslagern und damit diverse Vorteile verbinden.
