Several master alloys were prepared using different ingredients, methods and at different laboratories. The details are given in the following. The coding takes in account the name of the labs (i.e. IFW or OCAS), as well as their places (Dresden, Germany and Zwijnaarde, Belgium, respectively) and the used pre-alloys or pure elements.
