Abstract

Comprehensive cultural diversity management has to be both, the management of as well as the management for a culturally diverse workforce. While the management of cultural diversity aims to increase awareness and respect of cultural diversity within the workforce and to build intercultural competence, management for cultural diversity is about creating a diverse workforce with equal employment opportunities. Together, they complement each other and form a comprehensive approach to cultural diversity management.
